Meet & Assist Services

One of Desert Adventures services is to meet and assist all its clients in Dubai or Abu Dhabi Airport, where our airport representatives meet the clients before the immigration zone and assist them all the way through the immigration,  till they are handed over to our experienced drivers to drop to the hotels chosen.

  How does the Meet & Greet service work? A Desert Adventures Tourism Meet & Assist team member will be standing in an allocated area prior inside the airport terminal holding a sign with the passengers’ name and/or Tour Operator’s sign board. The team member will identify him/her self and will present the guest with Desert Adventures “Welcome Pack” containing Hotel Voucher (if accommodation is booked through us), City map, Hotel Visit schedule, Vice Versa discount card (UAE Only) as well as 24X7 emergency contact numbers.
  
  How can guests identify Desert Adventures Airport Reps? All our airport team members are multi-lingual and are easily identifiable by their beige uniform with company logo embroidery on both the shirt and the jacket.
  
  What can guests do if the miss meeting the Airport Rep? In the unlikely event of airport team members not being present, please proceed to the airport Information Counter, and ask the staff to page us and an airport team member will arrive immediately.
  
  Do meeting points differ from one airport to another? Yes. Every airport in the UAE and Oman has allocated several meeting points depending on size of arrivals hall. Please see attached airport plans indicating meeting point is each airport.
