Directly on the beach of the Indian Ocean on a 57,000 sqm plot of land in the small Fujairah Emirate. The town of Fujairah is about 50 km away. The transfer time from Dubai is about 90 minutes (about 140 km ).

Total of 321 rooms. 191 double rooms (about 34 sqm), 110 family rooms (about 43 sqm) and various suites with sea or garden view. The family rooms have a separate bedroom for the children. All rooms and suites are equipped with walk−in shower, WC, cosmetic mirror, air−conditioning, minibar, TV, safe, balcony or terrace. The suites have a bath, shower, bidet and partly individual pool. 28 double rooms are available with a connecting door. 2 double rooms for disabled.
