The Traders Hotel has a variety of meeting and conference facilities to suit any occasion. Meeting organizers can choose from an elegant Ballroom or the modern outfitted Business Centre Meeting rooms. The Samail Ballroom with a total seating capacity of 220 (theatre style) can be divided into two separate rooms, Samail 1 and Samail 2. Featuring contemporary styled chandeliers, the pillar-less Ballroom provides sophisticated banquet, convention and conference facilities and has a dedicated pre-function area.
Meeting Rooms are ideal for smaller meetings, conferences and corporate gatherings. The two individual rooms feature the latest in technology including broadband and wireless internet access. A Boardroom seating 6, is part of the Business Centre and one seating 12, part of the Traders Club on level 5.
