Meet & Assist Services

One of Desert Adventures services is to meet and assist all its clients in Dubai or Abu Dhabi Airport, where our airport representatives meet the clients before the immigration zone and assist them all the way through the immigration,  till they are handed over to our experienced drivers to drop to the hotels chosen.

Meet and Assist types: 

  • STANDARD MEET & ASSIST Available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Doha & Bahrain

    How does the Meet & Greet service work? A Desert Adventures Tourism Meet & Assist team member will be standing in an allocated area prior inside the airport terminal holding a sign with the passengers’ name and/or Tour Operator’s sign board. The team member will identify him/her self and will present the guest with Desert Adventures “Welcome Pack” containing Hotel Voucher (if accommodation is booked through us), City map, Hotel Visit schedule, Vice Versa discount card (UAE Only) as well as 24X7 emergency contact numbers.

    How can guests identify Desert Adventures Airport Reps? All our airport team members are multi-lingual and are easily identifiable by their beige uniform with company logo embroidery on both the shirt and the jacket.

    What can guests do if the miss meeting the Airport Rep? In the unlikely event of airport team members not being present, please proceed to the airport Information Counter, and ask the staff to page us and an airport team member will arrive immediately.

    Do meeting points differ from one airport to another? Yes. Every airport in the UAE and Oman has allocated several meeting points depending on size of arrivals hall. Please see attached airport plans indicating meeting point is each airport.
     

  • DIAMOND MARHABA MEET & ASSIST Available in Dubai Only

    What is Diamond Marhaba Service? This is a service offered in cooperation with DNATA and is available at Dubai Int’l Airport (Terminals I & II) only. Guests are met at the aircraft gate and are escorted through the airport and then handed over to one of Desert Adventures Airport Reps. the service entitles guest to

    1. A warm welcome.
    2. Fast track clearance through all arrival formalities.
    3. Personalized full escort.
    4. Hand baggage trolleys.
    5. Buggy car transfer priority throughout the terminal (not available in Terminal 2).
    6. Porterage services (complimentary) .
    7. Visa delivery.

    Who needs Diamond Marhaba most?
    Diamond Service is highly recommended for:
    • Elderly passengers.
    • Young passengers (traveling alone).
    • Passengers who are monolingual.
    • VIPs / CEOs / First and Business Class passengers.
    • First-time users of Dubai International Airport.
    • Wheelchair passengers.

    Is Diamond Marhaba available for departure as well? Yes. The Diamond Marhaba Departure service entitles guest to:
    • A warm welcome at the Marhaba Check-in Lounge.
    • Fast track clearance through all departure formalities
    • Porterage services (complimentary)
    • Personalized full escort
    • Hand baggage trolleys
    • Buggy car transfer priority through the airport terminal (not available in Terminal 2).
    • Complimentary provision of the Marhaba Lounge at terminal 1. (Shortly will be available in Terminal 2).

    How Diamond Marhaba Departure service work? Guests who have booked this service will be met at the Departure terminal gates by one of Desert Adventures Tourism Airport Reps who will hand over guests to the Diamond Marhaba staff.
     

  • VIP MEET & ASSIST ( Al MAJLIS) Available in Dubai only

    What is AL MAJLIS service? Al Majlis is a special facility (hall) available only at Dubai Int’l Airport (Terminal 1 & 2) where guests get specialized and personalized service. Al Majlis provides special immigration, Customs and baggage clearance facilities thus guests quickly finish the travel formalities.

    How does AL MAJLIS service work? Guests are met at the aircraft gate and then escorted to a waiting vehicle below the aircraft. All Immigration and Customs formalities are carried out by AL MAJLIS staff while guests relax in the luxurious AL MAJLIS Lounge and are served with refreshments. Once all formalities are carried out, guests are escorted to their dedicated transfer to hotel by one of Desert Adventures Tourism Airport Reps.

    Can any party of people use AL MAJIS service? Yes, however the following terms and conditions apply;
    1. Service cost is based on a party of 5 Adults Max. (Children 0-2 years are free).
    2. Party of people 5-9 adults pay for the service as additional guest.
    3. Any party above 9 Adults will be considered are a separate booking.

    Is AL MAJLIS service also available for Departures? Yes. Guest who book Al MAJLIS service also avail of having all departure formalities carried out by AL MAJLIS staff while relaxing in the MAJLIS Lounge and then escorted to the aircraft.

 

  • GOLDEN CLASS MEET & ASSIST SERVICE Available in Abu Dhabi Only
    This service is available at Abu Dhabi It’ll Airport and is valid for both Arrivals and departures. Arrival Guests are met at the aircraft by a uniformed GOLDEN CLASS SERVICE team member who will meet & greet guests and escort them through a dedicated fast track Immigration counter and assist in luggage clearance. Guest is then escorted and handed over to Desert Adventures Tourism Airport Rep. Departure Departing from Abu Dhabi airport made easy. GOLDEN CLASS SERVICE offers guests a dedicated flight check in and Fast Track immigration counters. Optional services (charged at extra) include use of Lounge, Flower bouquet and issue of International driving license.

 

In all the above types, a welcome package is handed over to our clients which includes a welcome letter, Dubai map, a full information booklet about the UAE.
