The resort has opened with four outlets, with another one more to open over the next few months. Sevilla is the resort’s all-day dining restaurant: serving breakfast until noon, Sevilla has the longest breakfast hours in the UAE, before moving on to an a la carte Mediterranean menu for the rest of the day. From morning to night, Viennese chocolate pralines and pastries, cakes, sandwiches and a range of teas and coffees are available in the cool confines of the Mozart Café in the lobby. Harp performance every evening. After sunset, guests can enjoy the live music in the elegant Black Pearl piano bar, while choosing from a wide menu of cocktails and assorted canapés.
