Our state-of-the-art Fitness Centre offers a wide range of cardiovascular equipment furnished with individual audiovisual monitors and headsets. As well, we have an extensive variety of weight-training machines and free weights. The Fitness Centre also features an aerobics room offering aerobics, strength and yoga classes.
