Responsibilities and Requirements

• Should have strong work relations with the hotel Front Desk teams, Duty Managers, Guest Relations who will be the main point of contact in managing the requests
• Must be willing to work on extended hours or changing shifts depending on the seasonality requirements
• To be able to assist the Reservations team when required
• The candidate must be a native Russian speaker
• Must be a UAE driver’s license holder as required in the role
• Wealth knowledge of the destination is an advantage
• Must possess strong communication skills in both speaking and written English and Russian
• Experience and knowledge in hotel reservations and other ground services is required
